These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mecspot careers platform at joinmecspot.com, operated by Mecspot Solutions Private Limited ("Mecspot", "we", "us").

1. About Mecspot

Mecspot Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U29100AP2024PTC129407) is a DPIIT-recognized startup building India's fastest bike parts delivery network. This platform is used exclusively for recruiting, training, and onboarding team members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for any role at Mecspot. By submitting an application, you confirm that you are legally eligible to work in India and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or a position.
All information provided must be accurate. Providing false information may result in immediate disqualification or termination.
Mecspot reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
If your application is rejected, a 30-day cooldown period applies before you can reapply.

4. Internship Terms

Internship duration is 6 months (unless specified otherwise for specific roles).
This is an unpaid internship. No stipend or monetary compensation is provided during the internship period.
Top-performing interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role — this is not guaranteed.
Equity, if offered for leadership roles, is subject to a separate ESOP agreement with standard 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff.
An official Mecspot internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion.

5. Training Platform

Training materials (videos, PDFs, assignments) provided through our platform are proprietary and confidential.
You may not download, copy, share, redistribute, or screen-record any training content.
Training progress is tracked, including video watch time, PDF reading time, and assignment submissions.
Attempting to bypass progress-tracking mechanisms (e.g., skipping videos, using automation tools) may result in disqualification.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, design, logos, training materials, and code — is the intellectual property of Mecspot Solutions Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

During and after your engagement with Mecspot, you agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary business information, trade secrets, operational details, or internal documents you may access during training or internship.

8. Code of Conduct

All applicants and interns are expected to:

Communicate professionally in all interactions
Be punctual for scheduled interviews and meetings
Complete training modules honestly and thoroughly
Respect the intellectual property and confidential information of Mecspot

9. Limitation of Liability

Mecspot provides this platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. While we strive for 100% uptime, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect platform availability.

10. Termination

Mecspot reserves the right to terminate access to the platform, revoke a training token, or end an internship engagement at any time if these Terms are violated, or for any legitimate business reason with reasonable notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
